I am building a new PC for myself that I am going to use for streaming and gaming. I have mapped out all other components I need except one I am still in doubt of what to pick.

Motherboard.

I want a motherboard that supports NVMe Bootdrive, Fan Controller for up 10+ fans (Using Corsair 7000D case I wanna explore all the fan placement options I have for an aircooled PC)

Atleast 3 PCI-e lanes. One for Graphics card one for Elgato 4K60 Pro

I have ideas of what to do, but how do I find motherboards I am sure can support these options I need esspecially NVMe boot drive support.

Any suggestions or advice is welcomed related to the issue.

Danish prices. The ASUS 4060 TI ProArt is a good middle ground where as soon as I look 4070 on good E-sellers. It's over the top expensive.
