vibrating , especially on higher performance. Anyone know what it is/how to fix it

Well, replace the hdd with an ssd. Do you have another pc to transfer the files with?

you should try disconnect the fan and boot (don’t keep it on for too long) and see if the issue continues

one of the bearings in the fan in my desktop is dying but when i give it a good whack it seems to work properly again (don’t actually try that though lmao)

Yes thanks, It shows that you have two physical hard drives, tho i would suggest you to change the hhd for an SSD as it's most likely the curpurate here
