my budget is 2000-2200$
here are some parts I have picked out for it
might do 3060ti if itll run roblox studio better
i maxed out a 32gb kit of ram building a roblox game, windows hated that and so 64 duel channel so i can upgrade to 128 if need be

I used to play in 2008 and got (what was then, a lot of plays and multiple weeks on page 1) 75,000 visits on a game
Sold loads of "admin" tshirts and bought valkrie, jj5x5s top hat etc.
All got robbed

Pisses me off because I know it was internal to Roblox. Not possible for anyone to have guessed my password or steal it from my pc through like a session hijack or whatever
It's not quite $20,000 but when it does hit it I can file for grand larceny... but I'm in the UK so it makes it difficult

I was done with roblox after that. I think the best way for an indie developer to make money these days is to create a game in UE5 and stream it on twitch
