Another note to add for your discord account, 2fa will not protect you from malware.
Malicious actors can still log into your account via cookies/etc and due to your password and email fucky wucky, you will have no way of kicking them out
Disconnecting that machine from the internet is the only choice for security
Tell people to add you on a new account and jump ship, lesson learned on keeping your email safe.
