Hi, yesterday my cousins came round and they must of messed something up because now i cant open Windows store to download a app i need I've tried doing everything I could and nothing is working It was working fine the other day but it kept on crashing when i tried downloading stuff I need help soon due to upcoming projects.

you can also try:
Open Settings. (Windows Key + I)
Go to Apps -> Apps & features.
On the right side, look for Microsoft Store and click it.
The advanced options link will appear. Click it.
On the next page, click on the Reset button to reset Microsoft Store to default settings.
Restart your PC

Alright it works but do you know why when I open it and click on the app it crashes straight away?

not sure, can be a number of reasons

As you can see it crashes while trying to load a page its done this even before it didnt work

you can try resetting the cache or reinstalling it

Tried that nothing works.
Got recomended by a help bot on a website to clean instal windows again.
