i payed them to make a extreamly good pc but the psu is only making a high pitched noise and idk why

price is 1150 and rtx 3060 12gb memory and 16 shared amd ryzen 9 5900x 32gb ram 1TB SSD

everything is working as aspected but the noise is the only problem some people have said it might be the capacitors that are broken

so idk

it shouldn’t happen, if he says it’s normal then he’s lying. also 720w is unusual wattage for psu (probably it’s very cheap)
