I think you should go with a warranty replacement. PSU is something I don't mess with. But someone else here would know what's exactly going on.

Well its prebuiild and everything is working as aspected and they are trusted in my country they have website and everying lots of positive reviews etc etc

Idk tho but the weird thing is the noise today has been way more reduced then yesterday by it self and sometimes it doenst even make noise anymore so idk
but sometimes it is noisey as hell
