#PC turns on, fans at max rpm but doesn’t show bios or anything

I’ve had this XP machine for a while, and it’s suddenly stopped showing anything. I know the VGA cable works as it works in my other PC. The fans run at max when turned on. No beeps or lights.

I wanted to do that with our xp machine but it had to many important files on it

And we only transfered the files a year ago when I got more into pc’s
