my peformance all of a sudden is staying near 90 fps. in rainbow six siege, i reset my radeon software and restarted . my usual fps is 300-400 and i have a ryzen 5 5600x and rx 6600 , low or max it stays around 80-90 and it all started after my pc crashed after loading it up.

but i doubt overheating since i have been playing it for a while

i didnt enable xmp but i changed the mhz to the correct amount

I usually press N and it boots me in but seeing that screen kinda annoying every time I turn it on
