my peformance all of a sudden is staying near 90 fps. in rainbow six siege, i reset my radeon software and restarted . my usual fps is 300-400 and i have a ryzen 5 5600x and rx 6600 , low or max it stays around 80-90 and it all started after my pc crashed after loading it up.

I usually press N and it boots me in but seeing that screen kinda annoying every time I turn it on
And I can’t go into bios I have to go to advanced recovery options

This might be part of your problem - XMP is not just MHz speed, but a set of timings & latency adjustments. Undo your manual change and turn on XMP instead

You just said it's annoying, and it will not affect you to reset TPM unless you're using bitlocker
