Specs rn?
Clean. Is that your empty wallet to prove u invested in the PC? ๐
why are the monitors seperate ๐ญ
why does the aio screen say die
i did a sepreta monitor setup once. It worked for me.
I just bought one last week, they need to be connected via usb c and wont work without a software and windows start up which annoyed me
clean!
spec?
i7 9700k and rtx2070
wait let me see if I find the full spec sheet
I prefer it this way
I played sekiro recently and everytime u died it showed the kanji
I put it on my AIO to remind me of my failures
some people would refer to kanji as chinese but alright
I don't understand ?
what are you trying to tell me :D
im trying to say kanji is chinese
oh okay
in this case it's the japanase kanji for "death/die" afaik
not an expert in this
oh okay?
what really?
I was planning on doing the transparent LCD mod where you literally connect it to your gpu and gut an LCD screen
Here is a video
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nQCzIJzI2R8
I made a LCD side panel for my computer, for only $5!
Step-by-Step instructions:
https://www.instructables.com/id/DIY-Transparent-Side-Panel-From-a-Recycled-Monitor/
Case: NZXT H510
Wallpaper engine backgrounds I used:
- Blanc Noir by A G
- Black and white kaleidoscope by TiMeToRn
- Black and white optical illusion by CinNyaMon
- Grea...
Ohh nvm i was talking about a diff lcd where it display and monitor pc status, it works but uses the cpu rather than gpu, havent seen this before looks cool
ahh I know what you mean, but I plan on displaying the stats with the transparent lcd
@sleek flare
I wander how much gpu power it will use, cause main reason i bought that lcd cause it uses cpu but usability sucked on it
This will look like a hologram display if no one touch it haha
not much, it's like having a third screen
But u will use something like wallpaper engine saw some wallpaper taking 50% from a 3080
like that retro pink wallpaper
The included and some monitor one barely take 2-5% at most yeah
But unlike mine u can play doom on the side of ur pc
it really depends
I personally didn't notice a performance hit from using wallpaper engine
you can configure it to your needs
I never had performance hits, but it made certain games crash.
I didnt know what the issue was tho. I was updated bios and all possible drivers and software, uninstalls, fresh installs, all kinda different settings in Nvidia panel,.. I was checking forum posts until google page 5 (imagine..). Nothing worked...
Untill one day wallpaper engine wasn't running and I had no issues whatsoever. Then I made the link and tested it yes: it gave crashes and weird bugs (mostly weird tearing). I never used it since.
So yea: it looks nice, doesnt really have a big performance hit. But if you ever encounter weird (mostly graphical issues) in games: turn WE off and try again
I had no issues like that ever.
Usually when I have weird crashes or graphical issues it's windows needing a reinstall lol
wallpaper engine taking 30% of my 4080
to be fair its running 3 screens
What kind of wallpapers are u using man ๐
It used like 2% on my 3080 back in the day
Also 3 monitors, 1 of them ultrawide
