5200 MHz is what the cpu is JDEC Certified at it will work fine with much higher speeds
Basically it’s one of the most stable speeds of ram for that cpu from the manufacturers recommended hardware. You can easily utilize much faster ram tho
They just put that spec out cause it’s guaranteed to work. Anything over that is OC or XMP
