Part List - Intel Core i5-12600KF, GeForce RTX 4060 Ti, Fractal Design Focus G ATX Mid Tower
Part List - AMD Ryzen 5 7600X, Radeon RX 6800 XT, Fractal Design Focus 2 RGB ATX Mid Tower
way better everything
used 3080 goes for around $450 or sometimes less and a new 6800(non-xt) is like $400

(6800 non-xt)

ok
you have enough budget to get a better case

@ornate elbow What is the PC for strictly gaming or productivity/3d work/AI/Deep machine learning as well?
mostly gaming but i also want to be able to edit videos
@low seal Yea Bro wants to be able to do video editing so he should go Intel instead right because from what I know about AMD the basically sacrificed most of their productivity power with the X CPUS
at what res
the build above should be enough
Ok because from what I know an Intel CPUs still basically dominate AMD when it comes to productivity
@low seal there built one with same everything beisdes it being intel and a z690 board https://pcpartpicker.com/list/RsC9jZ

and i checked 3 benchmarking sites and single core performance is basically the same while Intel beats AMD in multicore performance
Which amd cpu were you comparing against
And which benchmark sites were you using
whatever popped up on google i put in 12600k vs ryzen 5 7600x
nope because every AMD fan boy Cant BARE the thought of AMD losing to Intel
No it is shit
Also AMD is very picky running at 6000mhz ram search it online you will find multiple people saying AMD CPUs struggle to run the RAM at full 6000mhz
Most cases it running RAM below 6000mhx
mhz*
Ok, then get lower speed, Lower latency memory
Do they have the latest bios?
Many mb still dont have the ability to update on their own and seeing as how this is most likely OP first PC he probably has no idea how to update bios and updating it can be tricky because i have had two different bios updates cause my PC to continually enter self repair and I had to send it back to CyberPowerPC so i no longer bother with bios updates
Motherboards have never, and probably won’t in the near future, have auto bios updates
Yeah, but keep in mind PC is not a console. You will run other programs alongside with games, such as discord, browser and other staff like recording. And intel cpu is sucking at this. And usernechmark is faking benchmarks, lol
https://forums.overclockers.co.uk/threads/user-benchmark-fake-benchmark.18860895/
User Benchmark just updated its CPU ranking structure.
The CPU's ranking was based on 30% Single core performance, 60% Quad core performance and 10% multi core performance.
Now it ranks CPU's based on 40% Single core performance, 58% Quad core performance and 2% multi core performance.
This...
As someone who has been into computer his whole life, and consider my self to be pretty knowledgeable in that area and up to date with all the trends, I am really surprised that all these tech youtubers are saying it is a bad site.. how is a site that has hundreds of thousands of benchmarks bad? ...
I know for a fact you did not just say Intel sucks at running multiple Programs I pretty much have at least 2-3 Browsers open including Chrome I have Discord running 24/7 24 different apps running 24/7 and i can still game at full preformance
i got a 13900KF
Yeah because you have 24 cores
There is no way in hell that a game is gonna use even half of those
But no one is getting a 13900k for only gaming
Difference is not that much, about 10-15 fps(12600k vs ryzen 5 5600). And intel budget motherboard will change power limits, limiting its capabilities by up to 30-50%.

And b660 and 760 and socket also have that "feature", not only b560
Wonderful👌
And intel cpu is also hotter(the sides have switched, lol), because 65w on 12600k is a lie, in games it is about 130w with good motherboard that will not cap his power limit
Dang
I remember when everyone was cursing amd for having hot processors to cook on.
lol
Yeah, you can take r7 5700x rated at 65w,uncap it and get about 100w in games
But not fucking twice TDP
Wow
bro called us poor at 5 different languages
Lol
used 3080 goes for 380
userbenchmark is trash regardless
