Hey, i need a motherboard (ATX, good VRAM, DDR4, Bios Flashback, 4 ram slots of course) and a PSU (maybe 850 watts for future upgrades).

I have a max spending limit of $294 USD. Keep in mind the sales tax too.. im in California
