The sound output from my RX 570 stopped working a few months back but I haven't really thought about it until my headphone jack broke off inside of the headphone port of the on board audio.
I followed an online tutorial on the AMD forum but nothing worked.
Help?
I did also have an issue with drivers deleting themselves randomly and I followed this tutorial about a month back
That's the time when I started noticing issues with HDMI/DVI audio

Since you are mentioning DVI: You are not using it right? DVI does not carry audio
Your HDMI audio might be disabled in the sound control settings
