and a corsair cx650m power supply

i think its good for windows 11 or no?

Well
It will run on that hardware but odd that its have that error with it enabled check in bios if it did not save

Yes, best move is to update your BIOS
The latest versions will have all the default values you need for 11

Use Rufus and select remove minimum requirements
