4060 ti awful, overkill overpriced psu, overpriced cooler and nvme as well, 7700x is too powerful for a 4060ti unless youre doing 720p

hmm alright only problem is 6950xt costs almost double as much as the 4060 ti i was looking at

cuz 6950xt is $599, 4060ti is 400-500

theres also a 6800xt which is still substantially faster

6800xt around 30-35% faster, 6950xt is 45-50% faster

than the 4060ti

they are 1440p ultra high fps cards btw, the 4060ti is a 1080p high card, though 1440p 165hz has gotten really cheap

400 for the 4060ti 650 for the 6950xt double may have been an over exaggeration lol but I will def consider trying to find one for cheaper or maybe a 6800xt

the montech case comes with 4 pwm argb 140mm fans, has rubber grommets, pretty spacey and fan fit 360mm on top, 420mm on front

could even go for a 6700xt, or a used 3080 theyre selling for around 370 rn which is pretty great value, matches a 6800xt

problem is im building this pc for a friend's gf lol so i couldn't be bothered with searching the used market just trying to buy everything from microcenter lol

only reason i was looking at the 4060 ti

but I will take all this into consideration ty

maryland is the greatest when it comes to microcenters, not for anything else though
