I don't know what the fuck to do at this point. No matter what I change in O&O ShutUp or in BIOS, MWII & GTA V keep crashing.

you may have underclocked too far, the reason to why your pc shuts off on it's own while gaming is because your power supply is too weak

also you should consider trying out undervolting too, there's tutorials on yt on how to do it for the 3080
