i have all my PSU cables connected but no display after turning on,‘neither io or gpu is showing display at all, i have a 700W EVGA BR PSU, i’ve tried everything, i case swapped and now nothings working, it boots but doesn’t display anything, i’ve also checked the cables

use rubber to clean your ram?

or take out and put back in the cmos battery on the motherboard?
