loud fans

my lianli sl120 fans and nzxt z63 fans are loud, is it a bad idea to keep them at 800 rpm at all times?

You should first figure out if they’re loud because of thermals, or a bad fan curve

they start getting loud when the CPU reaches around 70+ RPM, but you can definitely hear them when the CPU isn't as hot and the fans are at 900-1300 RPM.

Also sometimes when opening games or starting the PC they are very loud for a few seconds.
