We need some more info my friend

  • What microphone are you using?
  • Where, exactly, are you plugging it in?
brazen karma
#

i was using headset microphone i plugged it in jacks

naive forge
#

I'm afraid that doesn't answer either question
What headset?
Where is this jack? In a laptop, front panel of your desktop, the motherboard ports? A separate DAC?

brazen karma
#

front panel of my desktop and i tryed motherboard ports and headset is rampage x jammer

#

can dead soundcard have sound but no output?

naive forge
#

Let's not jump to conclusions
That headset has a TRRS connector, meaning you need to use the breakout cable to plug into the separate headphone & microphone jacks

#

Are you using this?

brazen karma
#

no 1 usb and 1 jack

#

on jack is headset icon

naive forge
#

What are you choosing as the sound input/output on your PC? Take a screenshot of the sound settings for me

#

I think what's most likely happening is you're misunderstanding how the audio in/out works on this headset. Do you have the manual?

brazen karma
#

PnP is this usb soundcard

naive forge
#

Ah ok you didn't mention you were using one of these

brazen karma
#

I started using because it was not working and is still not working with these

naive forge
#

Do you have the manual for your headset?

brazen karma
#

i mean i can look on google for manual

naive forge
# brazen karma

To use something like this, you'd need to break out the cable from the headset so it plugs into both of those jacks at the same time

#

Using this

#

Which is why it isn't working in that scenario

brazen karma
#

i assumed that but why is not working without that I switched 2 headsets and none is working all 2 were new

#

like i said i have sound but microphone

naive forge
#

Your headset has a USB cable coming off it, right? What happens if you plug in just that and nothing else?
That headset has very little info on the product page so idk how it behaves between the USB & 3.5mm

naive forge
brazen karma
#

i had headset with 2 jacks 3.55 mm but was not working

naive forge
#

The headshet should have come with one, I got that pic from the product page

naive forge
#

"Not working" and "Not setup properly" are different issues

#

Your headset has a USB cable coming off it, right? What happens if you plug in just that and nothing else?

brazen karma
#

i better speak than write im sorry

naive forge
#

Take your time. Punctuation is your friend

brazen karma
#

but im trying to say it was working fine month ago i had headset with 2 jacks but one day microphone stopped working i got new headset (rampage x jammer)
but still didnt work Now i got this usb soundcard but still isnt working

#

can u vc maybe?

naive forge
#

That would've been good to know lol

#

No, I won't VC

brazen karma
#

ok

naive forge
#

Are you turkish? I'm only seeing docs in turkish on this headset

brazen karma
#

no bosnian

naive forge
#

I think you should first try what I've been saying

#

Plug in ONLY the USB cable and nothing else. Not the 3.5mm, not the sound card

#

See if the sound input/output shows up on the computer

brazen karma
#

ok i try and i send you screenshot

#

here

naive forge
#

Do you get sound output or mic input?

#

Send a screenshot of the ENTIRE list

#

not just these single rows

brazen karma
naive forge
#

And mic input?

brazen karma
#

motherboard is b250m gigabyte just u know

naive forge
#

Do any of these appear/disappear when you plug in & unplug the USB?

brazen karma
#

they dont appear/disappear when i plug in & unplug the usb

naive forge
#

Interesting

#

Well, in that case, in order to use this headset, you need a breakout cable

#

Like this

brazen karma
#

thanks man

#

i will buy new headset with 2 jacks

#

this are shit anyway

#

but one last question If my soundcard died can i use headset like g pro with only usb right?
