5500 performs the same but gets you an extra 2 cores

overall list is $20 cheaper as well, could go for 32gb ram, a nicer case, nicer gpu, etc

they can do more than 30cfm, not sure where you got that figure

yeah, but you get extra cores, and the mobo is cheaper as a result of the switch

you're overestimating the amount of airflow you need

its an extremely low heat system

cases are largely just preference, i swapped out the nova mesh because i don't think it'll look good with those parts
