16GB ddr3 hyper x savage ram
A GTX 1060 that i got for really cheap
2TB m.2 crucial p3 ssd
Be quiet dark power 12 psu and like a stock orm tower cooler with a noctua 92mm fan
DONT TELL ME TO RENEW EVERYTHING
I know its outdated but no i will not renew it rn TwT
My buget isnt that big do maybe cpu or ram?
Im noticing my cpu is bottlenecking and running hot

You aren't going to use two GPUs, the motherboard has an M.2 slot, and you don't need more than 2 sticks of RAM (however, it'd be easy enough to find a board that has the 4 slots lol)
