#CPU permantly on 100%

Hey,
i built my PC 3 Days ago, but since then my CPU is permantly on 100% Usage in Taskmanager and in HwInfo64.
At first my OS was Windows 10, after that i reset my pc and installed Windows 11, but no difference.
