CPU recommendation

so im planning to upgrade from i3 10105f, my option right now is

• Ryzen 7 5700X + ASRock B550M Pro4 (285$)
• i5 13400F (Tray, 1 years warranty) + ASRock B660M Phantom Gaming 4 (300$)

my main usage is to play Squad and also record with it, and do a lot of multitasking in background, like discord,chrome etc, which should i get?

If you overclock it you can get better performance than 13400f

id say the 7600 as 6 cores is enough for gaming and runnin gdiscrod and chrome in the background, i do it on my 5600 fine, also the 7600 is decently faster than both the 13400f and 5700x, closer to a 13600k in gaming

7600 would also need me to change my RAM to DDR5, 300$ is max i can do.

performs slightly better, and you can use the iGPU for encode
