gaming (Minecraft, Valorant, Sea of thieves, Forza, ...) video editing and maybe a bit of streaming, but thats not very important, i would like to stay at around €1200, but lower is always nice

assuming you cant find a 6800xt for under 500 you would get more performance from a 5600 and 6950xt at 1440p, though upgrading your cpu in the future would be more costly as youd need an entirely new platform (or if you want to upgrade to a 5800x3d later on which matches the 7600

but youd still need to upgrade platforms sooner in the longrun

5600 is a capable cpu, same with the x3d just asking you which you would want to choose

if you went the 7600 route youd see 15-20% uplift when youre cpu bound but with a 6700xt or 6800 youd more likely than not see those gains as youd be more gpu bound
