this is a control panel, all i do is take the black from my spot lights and light bar to the chassis and the red into the fuse and relay box on that control panel
that way i can control the lights on/off on that switch instead of on the hard switch that came with the lights
but problem is, i want to thave the 2ndry switch which is the highbeams switch which activates the lights when highbeam is on, as long as main switch is on
that is the wiring harness used for the lights atm, that has a single switch to toggle the addition lights on/off for when the main lights are on/off
if any of that makes sense
@high cliff
hmm, just looking at it and reading through
this is pretty much the diagram of how the lights are directly connected, but i want to and a 2nd switch into the lamp 5 line that goes to the headlight main line, so when i turn my he4adlights on, my lamps come on
without having to manual do it as i would have to if just wired directly to the switch panel
easiest way is to splice the cable into the feed for the headlight itself
How so?
well if it's spliced into the headlight as soon as you flick the switch on the car itself, the lamp will turn on as well
Ok, so, normally, red would be straight into the light, but, with the spotlight on and the wiring for them, the blue is the 2nd switch, the blue wire buts into the main wire into the light for a 12v signal back go the relay for the spot lights
Don't worry about white lol
np
But the bottom is original wire to the high bean switch on my steering colum
as the headlight will have a switch that turns it on while high/low also from the steering column

It's a very shit video, doesn't gimme what I need
gives you the basics to wire it up for itself. though from the looks of it, the switch has to be programmed using a phone or tablet
though it looks like you would have to splice the harness itself to the box for that switch
the vid for this, shows how it would normally control the light https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BtSBGVcyHlQ

from what i can see is that you can use the harness aind wire it to the box itself
you will mainly need to strink down the cable length on the switch itself
and as the box itself holds relays and the fuses

The system in this video is the Auxbeam 8 Gang Switch Panel Kit. This will eliminate the need for external relays and shorten excessive wire harnesses for a clean, simple look and function.
