I would recommend a 1660 super if you had a budget, solid gpu shouldn't bottleneck but if you don't have a budget I would recommend a 3060 12gb or 3060 ti. that's my opinion for Nvidia. but if you were going for value I would say a rx 6600xt (3060 ~ 3060ti) or 6700xt ( 3070 ~ 3070ti) , and if you were wanting to go intel I would wait for their next batch which should be released later but A770 (3060) if you wanted to buy right away.

why does it have to be Nvidia? you should probably reconsider any brand loyalty because they will happily fuck you over given the chance
also you can probably run any gpu on the market on a 13th gen except a 4080, 4090, or 7900xtx

6950xt for $579, or pay more for a 4070 which is 15-20% slower and has less vram
