My current build consists of an
R5 3600,
RX 6750XT,
16GB DDR4 3200,

I use this build mainly for video editing, so after effects and davinci resolve, however, I am unable to use those applications well anymore as the audio lags behind and the applications freeze and crash. Additionally, my r5 3600 lags behind and bottlenecks my GPU significantly. I do game a lot as well.
So, I was wondering whether I should upgrade my pc to an AM5 architecture, or go with an r7 5800x3D, or go for an intel route?
My budget is around £350 - £500. So, as long as it fits within that bracket, I am happy.

I did consider moving to intel as they have more options, but the last intel I had with 7700
