I have had this pc for about 2 years and I have always noticed it shocked me when I touched the back sometimes. I always knew this isn’t good but I didn’t have the time or money to fix it. Now that I use a nicer headset I noticed it starts to pick up a buzz when I get near the case. I have tested case to ground and the power cable and it has continuity. Could this just be a bad psu?

It could either be your house ground your not using a grounded cable or your PSU is bad

i took the pc apart and check all connection to look for any shorts but none were found, tested a brand new power cable and it still did the same thing, im gonna assume its a bad psu and go ahead and grab another one soon
