Computer is crashing at seemingly Random

Whenever I boot up my computer it takes what seems like an eternity to boot to windows, and when I login, It Will Crash with the error codes, MEMORY_MANAGEMENT, DPC_WATCHDOG VIOLATION, or Attempted Write to Readonly Memory BSoD, the PC is only 3 Months old. I have gone through and ensure all my drivers are up to date as well as ensure all components have no visible damage and are firmly seated into their respective slots. Did I do something wrong in assembly setup or something else and how do I potentially fix this.

take out the battery wait a while, put it back in

Before I do that what does this do

And does this Wipe my Motherboards BIOS update
