My ram speed keeps going back to 4800 when i put expo on and speed at 5600

expo is still enabled and the speed says 5600 but running at 4800

Ryzen 5 7600x
Msi b650 edge
Corsair 32gb 5600 2x16 cl36 amd expo

once saving in bios try going back into bios and dose it check what speed

taskmgr dont trust that for clock speeds i had it say 6.08ghz when i was at 4.1ghz

load defalts in bios then enable xmp in oc setting

starting with default bios and then restarting pc, going back into bios setting it back to 5600, works. but as soon as i restart my pc again it goes back to 4800.

ive had 2 people tell me that its just unstable

motherboard knocks it back down automatically because its unstable?

base frequency shows 2800 for each ram stick

when ram is ddr4-3200 its runnig 1600mhz and most dimm have many jedec bin loaded onto them
