Unable to boot into windows troubleshoot and broken blue screen?

old pc that a friend had, 7700k and z270-A pro with new ram and ssd. i’ve gotten multiple error codes saying UNSUPPORTED PROCESSOR, PAGE FAULT IN NONPAGED AREA, DRIVER IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL, KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED, ACPI BIOS ERROR, and a couple more if i remembered. Tried to update bios, use an m.2 with windows 10 on it yet nothing. when i use boot loader it always ends in a blue screen of some sort.
