Heya! i need some help , the HDMI on my monitor looks TERRIBLE! compared to the VGA , any reasons?

i have tried changing settings and even 3 diffrent cabels and still looks really bad

are you sure both the windows display settings and ingame graphics settings are set to 1080p?

Also, if it's a old TV, there's a high likelihood that it's not equipped to handle Computer HDMI output properly.
