What are they doing with the pc?
we neED to ask you a bunch o questions:
- location - budget is 800$ - USD right? also are you buying from USA or somewhere else
- pc purpose - what's the main pc purpose? gaming? 3d rendering? streaming? or maybe something else
- aesthetics - any preferred PC sizes? is RGB allowed? should it be all black or maybe white, or maybe dont care
usd, gameing like fornite , with some rgb but not alot
do live near a micocenter
yea\
microcenter is rad
you can literally byuld the pc in the store i think
and they can just build it for you
this will be very helpful
thier prices shouldn't differ too much from pcpartpicker
for a 800$ PC i guess best gaming gpu would be 350$ at most
how about this https://pcpartpicker.com/list/ZgNYVw
Part List - AMD Ryzen 5 5600, Radeon RX 6750 XT, Deepcool CH370 MicroATX Mid Tower
note this is performance and FPS/$ first, and 'not being load af' second
yea fs
but this would fs work
fs?
for sure? idk
What resolution would you be playing at?
Part List - AMD Ryzen 5 5600, Radeon RX 6750 XT, Montech AIR 100 ARGB MicroATX Mid Tower
@fading rover
I’m a bit late, but- here
My take on the list
yk it is like the same as the outher guy
funny
?
Part List - AMD Ryzen 5 5600, Radeon RX 6750 XT, Deepcool CH370 MicroATX Mid Tower
this one it has around the same parts
ryzen 5 5600 rx 6750
over half the parts got swapped
I said it was my take on the list
yk bc there was some money left over i was able to get a cooler
it 19$
thermalright
assassin x then
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/nqBywc same amount of money but better stuff, 6750xt uplift is negligible
Part List - AMD Ryzen 5 5600, Radeon RX 6700 XT, Deepcool CG560 ATX Mid Tower
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/PdQL6r the 6600xt is pretty good for games like fortnite
Part List - AMD Ryzen 5 7600, Radeon RX 6600 XT, Montech AIR 100 ARGB MicroATX Mid Tower
it can run mostly any game at 1080p and in less demanding games 1440p
55.2 fps average in 1440p on AAA games
so in non-AAA games youll get playable frames easily
note that the AAA games tested arent the most intensive
Yeah like cyberpunk and hogwarts all that
Borderlands 3 (DX12), Far Cry 6 (DX12), Flight Simulator (DX11 AMD/DX12 Intel/Nvidia), Forza Horizon 5 (DX12), Horizon Zero Dawn (DX12), Red Dead Redemption 2 (Vulkan), Total War Warhammer 3 (DX11), and Watch Dogs Legion (DX12)
fh5 and borderlands 3 are basically free fps boosters
the rest id consider good indicators
i have no idea how intensive it is but i dont think borderlands is that difficult to run?
its definitely not a free game
its not that tough
i had a 5700 when i played bl3 and it struggled at 1080p ultra
i got like 60fps average
ah so borderlands 3 is just a different breed compared to borderlands 2
was borderlands 2 easier t run when it realeased?
only borderlands game ive played is 2, although only got not even halfway through it
Yeah but borderands 2 is 10 years old
no idea, i was 5yo when it released i guess

Is that bl3 or bl2?
2
hell nah that thing can run on a 1050
borderlands 3 is above, recommended is a 1060/rx 590
recommended also isnt utra requirements though
gtx 560 is much older than a 1050
Yeah thats why
and most people recognize 1050 as being cheeks
6700xt borderlands 3 1440p average
6700xt in far cry 6
6700xt aso gets higher frames in horizon zero dawn (Wasnt expecting that)
Total warhammer shits on the 6700xt though getting it to 49fps 💀
but point is that i dont know many people who genuinely only play AAA games
like honestly anyone i know played like elden ring for like 20 hours and then thats it
the rest is playing like bindding of issas ror2 or other games like minecraft
AAA games are simply not fun
ON GOD
except GOW :)
Like okay some of them like borderlands 3 is cool but honestly im having fun playing my 13 year old fallout new vegas
ive never played gow
but it looks fun from what ive seen
but for the most part im not very interested in story games
And then i mean
games like fortnite
the epic settings are just rediculous
if u turn it down by like 1 it becomes competely playable
and u can barely see a difference
yeah
its a very enjoyable experience
for a 5600?
for a gaming focused 800$ build you can do better than 6600XT
quality RX6750XTs are around ~380$
@fading rover would you care more about pure performance or lower loudness of the pc etc
