Today it was 28C for the first time this year. I have an iphone se 3, not even half a year old. The issue I am experiencing is that at random moments during the day, the haptic engine seems to get loose, and not function like it should. The speaker also gets loose, and sound extremely bad, not even possible to understand speech. After a few minutes it seems to go back to normal.

I contacted Apple support and they will help me fix it, first step is removing the iOS 17 Beta, my bad that I forgot to mention that in the original message.
