I assume the hard drive is just for storing old videos or something?
I mean, if you want to keep all your streams at good quality that's going to take quite a lot of space
Although at that point you'd be better off with a dedicated NAS
not sure how a nas will work bc college but will consider it

Well this should work well for around 2.6k
You can add another SSD for recording/working off if you're paranoid about drive wear
I suppose you could also upgrade to a 4090

The 13700k is only incrementally better then a 13600k- rather disappointing
the 2 more cores will help so that's why I chose 13700k
