#1, what's your MB and CPU?
#2, try removing and reinserting the GPU and move your display connector over 1 slot.

ryzen 5, what kind
5600x
and also i will try gpu tmr ty!
crap, your CPU doesn't have an IGPU. That's going to make this harder. If you can't get video out after doing what I said, it's time to play swap the parts until it works.
First would be to [if it doesn't work] RMA the GPU. If a new GPU doesn't fix the issue, RMA the CPU.
If the system was pre-built. Send it back.
i am getting someone else’s ram tmr or tuesday to see if it is faulty ram, and if not then i’m so done
built it myself
RAM light can also be for graphics. Having basic debug led only helps so much [and can sometimes be completely wrong]
Actual letter&number debug LEDs are a life saver
reinserted it nothing
Because it flickers to the CPU, that might be what's defective. Your board doesn't have a BIOS flash button so attempting that is useless.
light is still red
and i can’t access the bios because it won’t boot up :/
That's what I was talking about. My motherboard has a flash button on the board itself to test this. At the time I got the board I didn't know about this feature. When I installed my CPU, my BIOS version didn't support it. Thankfully I had a ryzen 5 CPU from my old PC and used that one to update the BIOS.
Some places will loan CPUs for BIOS updates. If you're near a Best Buy, try asking them.
to be honest at this point might send it to a best buy for them to figure out what’s wrong
Thank you, and I will see if this works, will give an update! :)
When you bring it to best buy, have them put on BIOS version f63 [NOT f63a or f64a] https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/B450-AORUS-PRO-WIFI-rev-1x/support#support-dl-bios
