for gaming, the cpu is wildly overpriced, you can get decently faster cpu for cheaper, the 7800x3d is cheaper than the 12900k and beats the 13900k in gaming, especially vr
the mobo is also just overpriced, its meant for enthusiast overclocking of a 12900k or 13900k so not a bad choice with a 12900k but well its overpriced for what it provides
that cooler you got, is not gonna cool the 12900k
the ram appears to be fine unless you got some slower latency ram
the 4070 lacks vram and memory bus for what it costs, a 6950xt is 20% faster and may be cheaper as well
though with your budget you can get a 7900xtx, which is 35-45% faster than the 6950xt so around 55%-65% faster than a 4070
your psu of choice is pretty good, but there may be another A tier quality psu for cheaper, not sure yet
the nvme choice is fine
and windows 11 pro is free to use
just the licensing is what actually costs something

apparently rx 7000 series still hasnt fixed their issues with vr yet, so sadly a 4080 is the way to go, performs about the same as the xtx in regualr gaming but in vr it will shit on any gpu except the 4090
i didnt use pc builder but same thing
btw the 7800x3d is a 80-90w cpu, its why i kept the cheap cooler for it because its very easy to cool
