so i got this graphics card like 3 days ago (i didnt have graphics card before) it was al perfectly fine like getting 144 fps most of the time in all games. Now while playing roblox the screen just decided to freeze but when i unplug and replug it, there was no screen. The PC is still on but i hear no sound or reactions to my key combos (like ctrl windows shift b)

I restarted and the pc works
But if it happens again, could it be a gpu issue or psu issue?

Try taking out the graphics card and run on your integrated graphics then. That should make your computer usable until you can buy a better power supply, probably.
Your lucky your PSU seems decent enough that it shut everything off rather than letting you play till it gives up or something.
