New gpu problems

I uninstalled my previous drivers and now when i put my gpu in im on a boot loop with a black screen

Are you sure that the power cables are plugged in all the way. Also can you give us some more system specs, it’s kinda hard to help without knowing a lot about the system. (CPU, GPU, MoBo, old GPU, PSU, OS)
