did you drop it, basically we do not care, you can tell us everything what happened. π€·ββοΈ easier for debug
No drop or anything, just opened it up so I can unscrew the stand from the inside and then it wouldn't turn on
opened it up how?
some blue cable got unplugged but I plugged it back in and it fits normally
took the screws off the back and then I opened it
π€ blue cable?
are you sure its sitting in there properly?
so the screen works on the dvi port?
so its working, properly on the DVI port?
is that what you mean, or "im using a DVI port normally"
I am not sure if I understand you well
the power is on DC 24V
the display works on the DVI port
so no issues?
"works" means in my ears fixed.
it just lights up
ah well if thats the case definitly go check up that blue cable π€
want a pic of it?
if it was working before, and it aint working now something got disconnected when you opened it up
only conclusion π€·ββοΈ
alright will take a video of me opening it up and the cable
some fan never worked after I meddled with it
learned the hardway , ribbon cables sucks π¦ and I have to be very very careful with them.
Put some tape on it
did the video send?
ah, if you just hold it down with your finger and turn it on, does it display anything?
Well I am concerned about touching it directly ngl because of my safety
should I do it?
Voltage is not high and the current probably isn't either
and it's insulated on the top right?
holy hell sir
you've got no idea how much you've helped me right now
I put some tape on it and it works like a chaem
charm*
