Currently on my pc I have 2 drives an SSD and an HDD and I am running HDD with windows 10. How can I install windows 10 on the ssd THROUGH my windows 7 that is working now? I mean without booting it into another system or removing the other one. Just inside windows. Plz if you know anything help me!

Get a USB stick and reinstall your OS using windows creation media tool

OS needs to be bootloaded, if you wanted to have 2 OS, you need to follow a guide on how to install a bootloader + OS you want on it.

ok, so you go into bios first

you know how to get into the bios ? 🙂 Press the Delete button on your keyboard, or F2 or F10 pending on your motherboard. (spam it once the PC turns on )
