whats your ram speed? have you updated your bios? have you tried all the ram, one at a time in all the slots?

5600mhz. I updated my bios in the beginning. I tired the ram one at a time and they both boot only in a2 and b2

sounds like the other two slots are dead/fried then. there is no issue with a2 and b2 so stick with that.

or if you dont like that half of the slots dont work, rma the board

Yeah but like in general when I have 2 ram sticks in it doesn’t work. When I have one ram stick in I get a display and it’s usable
