i didnt touch anything wifi related either while at school

change your internet card to obtain ip's automatically and the same for dns, in the control panel settings

or go into command prompt as admin and do the following commands in order
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /renew

ok I restarted my laptop again after doing those 3 and i think its fixed :D
