Can you boot into safe mode?
no there's literally no display signal at all
Other display outputs wouldn't work if your CPU doesn't have built in video. Do you know your CPU?
You could also maybe test your monitor with another computer or laptop to make sure that still works.
You can create a windows media tool, like you would use to install windows. Plug that in and try to boot. Don't reinstall it, but running that can tell you maybe the PC works, but it's just your windows install that got messed up. If you see the normal, what version of windows would you like to install window pop up that tells you that.
my cpu is a ryzen 3 3200g with vega graphics, I have tried my laptop with the monitor and I get signal with it. I don't think windows is the problem since it was not long reset
Was your gpu giving any problems before this happened like low fps then expected or artifacting something like that
no it was completely fine it's not an old gpu either
it was over clocked for a while tho but I don't think that could have killed it
If there was sufficient cooling then that Is a low possibility
so what could the problem be then
