Check fan and pump cables, also can you hear the pump running when you turn pc on?

If cables are good and pump isn't running, and you didn't do any playing around in bios, my best guess would be that the AIO died

Fans not spinning is weird tho idk about that aio but generally fan not spinning diff thing. Have u tried diff fan headers? Or this aio use their own headers and connection?

Some motherboard got this smart view thing or hw monitor where can see fans and stuff check if fans their and can control them

The last aio like 4-5 years ago i used had "faulty pump" but i moved it around there was like an air pocket formed in pump

Pump can still be dead, gunked up

As already hinted at before but you obviously didn't get, no. The screen is entirely irrelevant to the function of the cooler itself

RMA if possible, else replace it (preferably air cooling if you wish for a low maintenance/long uptime system)
