Yes, i've tried a different browser, and restarting my router

your isp might be throttling downloads

you can also use a download manager to do parallel downloading to speed it up

It's a tad faster but still not at my speedtest's speed

I'll just leave this going as it seems to be fluctuating between 2mb/s and 4mb/s
