are you using 32 or 64 bit of windows? please use your desktop to find that out, not whatever program that is.
It’s 64 bit
What sticks do you have which slots on the motherboard?
^ What's your ram configuration
It’s how I got it I know nothing about pcs
Post a photo of the ram sticks in your case, and if you can see, the specs label on the stick(s)
@modest laurel ^^^
I think you have a single 4GB stick and Speccy is just very confused
I can't say for certain that 20GB DDR3 sticks don't exist at all, but I definitely have never seen one
I’m still at work I’ll post a pic soon and there’s 3 sticks one 4gbs and two 8gbs all run at the same speed 1600mhz
Just do the 2 8gb sticks and see if that works
Doesn't really matter if they're in the black or white slots, just make sure they're in one pair or the other
The too 8gbs sticks don’t work without the 4gbs like even if I try just one 8gbs the pc doesn’t turn on in the pic is the only way I can get it to turn on with them all
because they still dont work with the 4gb, once you put your 4gb stick, it detects the 4gb and runs off of that.

your 8gb sticks dont work with the pc
The funny thing about that is it was working Displaying everything properly and then one day it stopped
That's how mixing ram works, yes
