I just had this issue appear. It doesn't happen all the time, but it happened after one of my friends repeatedly turned off my PC over and over again and kept unplugging stuff. Not sure if something is actually wrong, but the problem has been around since last night. Also, this issue doesn't seem to happen if I am running a game in fullscreen

I also appears to be more frequent now than it was before

seems to happen when wallpaper engine is open, and I am moving around chrome

That sounds like corruption in wallpaper engine to me

Yea this kid at my friends house kept powering my pc off

Ill just have to reinstall it

Everytime that he did shut it off, the pc when through the shutdown process, but it happened 15 ish times. I was very livid

If it’s not happening when in full screen when wallpaper engine is turned off it definitely seems like corruption

It only happens when Chrome/Chromium Based web browsers are open

Now that I don’t know about

Could just be corruption in both softwares

#

And the chromium engine itself is corrupted
