windows account blocked for 30 days after security change

I was setting up my brand new tour and while updating the bios I changed the ftpm setting.
I now tells me my pin is not available anymore and the phone number linked is not in my possession anymore.
So Windows blocked my account 30 days for « security », and I’m not blé to log in to a different one
PLEASE help, I can’t be looking at my new pc 30 days without playing on it, there must be a way to bypass that .
